The Burger Collective

Twenty-two burgers. Eleven restaurants. One collective obsession.

This July and August, Lucas Collective turns its attention to one of the world’s most iconic dishes with The Burger Collective, a two-month celebration of burgers across all venues in Melbourne and Sydney.  Across the collection, French bistro classics, Japanese izakaya flavours, Thai spice and Italian comfort food all find their way between the bun.  

Available exclusively at lunch, each restaurant will offer two limited-time burgers: a signature take on the classic cheeseburger and a chef-created special, inspired by the restaurant’s own kitchen. Every burger is served with fries for just $22 and pairs perfectly with one of our signature cocktails for $15.

Bite into Executive Chef Vincenzo Ursini Piccante Fish Burger, Swordfish and Tuna served with Pancetta and Cheese, or for those drawn to the classics, the lip-tingling Grill Americano Cheeseburger accompanied by hot sauce. Complete the experience with the timeless Olive Martini, a Society favourite.

The Burger Collective is available seven days a week from 1 July to 31 August 2026, lunch only.

Discover every expression, from a rotating selection of handcrafted truffle pasta specials to house fries finished with truffled pecorino, freshly shaved truffle and truffle aioli. Complement your favourite bistecca with truffle butter, or add freshly shaved Tasmanian black truffle to any dish for the ultimate indulgence.
