Wine Dinner: Le Chiuse
Join us to explore the vineyards of Montalcino, Italy through our carefully curated wine dinner hosted by Le Chiuse proprietor himself, Lorenzo Magnelli on his debut visit to Australia. Originally part of the historic Biondi Santi estate, Le Chiuse has a long legacy of producing highly acclaimed wines.
Savour the exquisite balance of bright acidity and fine tannins as Lorenzo walks you through the lineage and heritage of each pour. His intimate knowledge of the vineyards is as compelling as his latest venture: a sparkling rosé born from conviction. As one of the few producers in the region crafting sparkling wine, Lorenzo’s pursuit is driven by dedication to the craft.
The wines will be paired with a five course menu by Executive Chef Vincenzo Ursini, created exclusively for the evening.
